Day 1: Arrival in Cairo
As soon as you arrive at Cairo airport, our friendly representative will be waiting to greet you, holding a sign with your name on it. You'll then be whisked away in a comfortable air-conditioned car to your hotel for the night, where you can relax and unwind after your journey. Enjoy your overnight stay in Cairo and get ready for the exciting adventure that awaits you!
Day 2: Giza Pyramids / Egyptian Museum
Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a journey through time at the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities. Here, you'll be able to admire an incredible collection of over 250,000 genuine artifacts, including the Tutankhamun collection of treasures, gold, and jewelry, which was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before its discovery in the 1920s.
After exploring the museum, it's time to visit the Great Pyramids – Cheops, Chephren & Mykerions – a breathtaking testament to the incredible engineering prowess of the ancient Egyptians. The sheer size of these massive structures is sure to leave you in awe, as will the close-up view of the Sphinx, a legendary funeral complex guarded by the iconic lion body with the face of King Chephren.
After a full day of adventure, return to your hotel in Cairo for a well-deserved overnight stay. Get a good night's rest and recharge your batteries for the next day's adventures!
Day 3: Alexandria
Our knowledgeable tour guide will pick you up from your hotel to embark on a fascinating tour of Alexandria. The first stop on the itinerary is the Library of Alexandria, the largest library in the world, which currently houses over 8 million books. Admire its grand open court and explore its museums, though do note that the library is closed on Fridays and public holidays. Access to the reading area requires an additional ticket.
Afterward, visit the site of the Lighthouse, which was once one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and now houses the castle of Qaitbey. The tour then proceeds to the royal gardens of King Farouk, where you'll see the stunning royal palaces of Haramlek and Salamlek, as well as the exquisite royal beaches of the queens. Next up is a visit to the Abbo Elabbas Mosque, the largest and most beautiful mosque in Alexandria, as well as the memorial of the Unknown Soldier of Alexandria and the statue of Alexander the Great.
For lunch, take a break before heading to the church of St. Mark, the oldest church in Africa. Following that, take a scenic drive along the Cornish, which spans 30 km and provides an opportunity to view the entire city of Alexandria from the seaside, including the old harbor where 7,000 underwater monuments were found. Make a stop at the famous Stanley Bridge, a modern landmark of Alexandria, before heading to the old downtown area of Alexandria and walking through the old city center built by Alexander the Great.

Day 4: Luxor
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to catch a flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will start your tour by heading to the West Bank, where you will visit the Valley of the Kings, Colossi of Memnon, and Hatshepsut Temple. You will explore the Necropolis of Thebes and see the tombs of various dynasties.
Then, you will visit the Temple of Deir El Bahari before making a stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two gigantic statues of Amenophis III facing the Nile. Finally, you will visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.
In the afternoon, you will move to the east bank of Luxor to visit the Karnak Temples, the largest place of worship in history dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu. The construction of the temple dates back to the Middle Kingdom and continued until the Graeco Roman Kingdom. Next, you will visit Luxor Temple, which was built by Amunhotep III during the 18th Dynasty in the New Kingdom and completed by Ramesses II during the 19th Dynasty. The temple was dedicated to the great god Amun-Ra, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu, representing the Theban triad. You will also see the Obelisk of Ramses II in front of the 1st Pylon.
After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel in Luxor for an overnight stay.
Day 5: Aswan
After breakfast, you have the option to experience a hot air balloon ride over Luxor. Drift peacefully over the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, and the Mountain of the Nobles for an unforgettable experience. The flight time is approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on the weather.
Afterwards, you will be transferred to the train station to travel to Aswan. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel to start your tour of the High Dam and Temple of Philae Island. You will sail to the island of Agilkia and visit the temple that was relocated from its original location on Philae Island, which is submerged for most of the year by Lake Nasser. The main Temple of Isis and its monuments were built between the 26th dynasty and the Roman period.
After returning to the mainland, you will have a chance to view the High Dam, completed in 1964, which provides electricity and irrigation for the entire country. From this location, you can enjoy a beautiful view across Lake Nasser. Overnight in Aswan.
Day 6: Aswan / Cairo
After breakfast, you will have a free day with optional activities available, including a trip to Abu Simbel. This excursion involves a visit to the colossal Temple of Abu Simbel, which was built by Ramses II during the XIXth Dynasty. The temple was later saved from the inundation of Nile waters and is now among the most impressive ancient Egyptian monuments. The temples are built into a sandstone rock cliff, with the huge facade of each temple showcasing representations of the deities to which they are dedicated. Nearby, you can also visit the small Temple of the King's wife Nefertari, which is dedicated to the goddess Hathor. After the visit, return to Aswan.
Later, transfer to the airport to take a flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 7: Final Departure
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your final departure.
