You may not use any of the content on the Egypt private trips website without the express written permission of the travel agency.
Disclaimer of Warranties. The Egypt private trips website is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The travel agency disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. In no event shall the travel agency be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Egypt private trips website, even if the travel agency has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the travel agency with respect to the Egypt private trips website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
To ensure your reservation, kindly inform Egypt Private Trips of your request. A representative from the company will reach out to you to discuss and finalize the details and provide you with an itinerary for your confirmation. To complete your booking, you must confirm the details and pay the deposit as agreed upon using wire transfer or credit/debit card (Visa and MasterCard are both accepted).
Any changes made to your original booking are subject to availability. However, if you have already paid the full amount or received a voucher, no administrative fees will be applied except for changes to air travel tickets.
To secure your tour, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, domestic flight tickets, and other travel-related services, we require a low down payment of only 25%, except during Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays when 50% is required. You can pay the remaining balance up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash at the destination to your tour manager. This makes your booking a risk-free investment.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you will need to provide a signed authorization letter to Egypt Private Trips allowing us to withdraw the required amount from your credit card. The signature must match the one on your credit card and passport. You can fax or email the document to us or give it to our representative when you arrive at the airport.
Egypt Private Trips offers a new payment plan that allows you to pay for your tours, Nile cruises, or other travel packages in monthly installments. You willpay an agreed-upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the booked tour, to pay the deposit in six monthly installments leading up to your arrival. You can pay the balance upon your arrival in cash or by credit/debit card, or you can pay the full cost in monthly installments before your arrival at the destination.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please send a fax or email to the company to confirm the cancellation. If you cancel, the charges will depend on the time of cancellation, and airlines may also charge fees for domestic and international flights, subject to their terms and conditions at the time of booking.
Egypt Private Trips offers a flexible cancellation policy in case of a NOT TO TRAVEL warning issued by the government or the airline to the destination. In such cases, we will refund the amount paid for the tour package, or your payment will be available as future travel credit and travel voucher that can be used towards any of the destinations we operate tours in.
Prices are based on two persons sharing a room, and rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality, and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality.
Tipping is customary to express satisfaction with good services rendered by staff on duty, and complaints should be reported immediately to the company. Finally, by making a payment on our website, you agree to our terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of itshall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. The contract constituted by the company’s acceptance of the client’s booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company.
